Dear Dragon Families,
Welcome to an exciting new school year at The School at St. George Place Elementary! We hope you have enjoyed a wonderful summer filled with fun, rest, and special memories. Our teachers and staff have been working hard to prepare for another year of learning, growth, and success.
We are excited to welcome both our returning families and those who are joining our Dragon family for the first time. Together, we will create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

📚 Instruction Begins Promptly After the Tardy Bell
We ask that all students arrive on time each day. Beginning the day on time helps students build positive routines and ensures they don't miss valuable instructional time.

Students are expected to come to school each day in the approved school uniform.

👟 Closed-toe athletic shoes are required every day.
For everyone's safety, Crocs, slides, slippers, and open-toe shoes are not permitted.

📵 Cell Phone Policy
To maximize learning and minimize distractions, students are expected to keep all personal electronic devices—including cell phones, smart watches used for communication, and earbuds—turned off and stored in their backpacks during the school day unless directed otherwise by a staff member.
We appreciate your partnership in supporting a focused learning environment.

Parents may drop students off using either of our designated arrival locations:

Please follow all staff directions and remain in the designated traffic lanes to help ensure a safe and efficient arrival for all students.
Remember:
🕖 Doors open at 7:05 AM.
⏰ The tardy bell rings at 7:25 AM.
Please plan ahead so your child arrives on time each day.
